About the Role:
We’re looking for a design leader who will help shape and build the digital experience for all our users that includes our customers, riders and operations team members.
Your mission will be to use insight, design thinking and art to drive product design and innovation. As the UX Design Lead, you will work closely in cross-functional teams to define product design strategy and vision. You will partner with product, design, data science, marketing and engineering to build products that solve real problems for people and uncover a deeper understanding of users, their relationship to Airlift Express, and opportunities for growth.
We need someone who loves the challenge of creating great work within a fast-paced, ever-evolving technology startup.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the product and engineering teams to help map out user requirements.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product will function.
- Work closely with the product team to identify research questions to come up with new ideas.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems in the existing product functionalities.
- Conduct usability testing/ surveys to collect feedback from actual customers and build insights for new features and/or improvements.
