Required Experience: At least 4-5 Years of relevant experience in a large scale manufacturing concern.
Location: Plant 2 - Faisalabad
Required Qualification: B.Sc. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from an HEC/PEC recognized institute.
Other Details: This position is responsible for overall preventive and corrective maintenance of knitting & sewing machines, timely arrangements of machine spares and new Installations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning and Execution of weekly, monthly & yearly maintenance of Knitting and Stitching & Dyeing Machines.
- Should have sound knowledge in handling mechanical and electronic parts of the machine.
- Planning and Execution of maintenance of air conditioners, Suction Blower, Electrical panels and Dyers and whole unit.
- Managing spare parts consumption in knitting and sewing sections by keeping healthy condition of the machines and installation of new machines in the unit.
- Coordinate with other departments (PPC and Stores etc.)as per requirements.
- Record keeping of knitting and stitching machines spare parts consumption especially flat parts.
- Responsible for on time raising requisitions of spare parts and their follow up.
- Responsible for maximum utilization of machines by reducing Down Time.
Skills Required: Good command on MS Office especially on MS Excel Good Interpersonal skills, Can do attitude, Multi-tasking and team management.
