Description: In this role, the Individual will be based in P&G Manufacturing site and will be driving digital transformation for the site.
This role provides opportunity to understand manufacturing and related processes end-to-end and the way digital/IT systems pervade each of the processes. The Invidividual will be part of the Global Business team for the Category, so will have access to understand and re-apply best-practices from other P&G locations.
There will be full accountability to the site Business leader and business teams, on following key areas:
- Digital masterplan and the delivery
- Ensuring IT operations practices for locally managed and globally managed solutions
- Enabling digital stewardship at site
- Driving digital capabilities at site
This role is part of site digital team - so will be supported by other roles in driving digital transformation.
Qualifications
Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:
The candidate is required to have very good knowledge (past experience will help) on following
- IT Application development lifecyle.
- Project / Program Management.
- IT Service Operations / IT Operations.
- Business Communications.
- Vendor/Partner management.
- Managing small teams IT Risk Assessment / IT Continuity domain knowledge will be additionally helpful.
